Free Returns

We offer free returns under the following conditions:

  2. Defective Product:

    • If the product has a manufacturing defect, you can return it within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.

    • A detailed description of the defect, along with supporting photos, must be sent to hello@usenaomi.com.

Return Process

    • Contact our customer support team at hello@usenaomi.com to request a return.

    • Include your full name, order number, reason for the return, and, if applicable, photos of the defective product.

  2. Receive a Return Label:

    • If eligible, you will receive a prepaid return label within 3 business days.

  3. Send the Product Back:

    • The product must be returned in its original condition, including packaging, manuals, and accessories.

    • The item must not show signs of wear or damage.

  4. Refund Process:

    • Once the product is received and inspected at our warehouse, the refund will be processed within 3 business days.

    • Refunds will be issued according to the original payment method. For credit card purchases, please allow up to 90 days depending on your financial institution’s policy.

Returns After 3 Days

If more than 3 calendar days have passed since you received your product and you still wish to return it (without a manufacturing defect):

  • You must cover the return shipping cost to our supplier in China.

  • The return will only be accepted if the product is returned in perfect condition, with no signs of use and all labels intact.
