Free Returns
We offer free returns under the following conditions:

You may return your product free of charge within 3 calendar days after receiving it.

Defective Product:

If the product has a manufacturing defect, you can return it within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.

A detailed description of the defect, along with supporting photos, must be sent to hello@usenaomi.com.

Submit Your Request:

Include your full name, order number, reason for the return, and, if applicable, photos of the defective product.

Receive a Return Label:

If eligible, you will receive a prepaid return label within 3 business days.

Send the Product Back:

The product must be returned in its original condition, including packaging, manuals, and accessories.

The item must not show signs of wear or damage.

Refund Process:

Once the product is received and inspected at our warehouse, the refund will be processed within 3 business days.

Refunds will be issued according to the original payment method. For credit card purchases, please allow up to 90 days depending on your financial institution’s policy.

Returns After 3 Days
If more than 3 calendar days have passed since you received your product and you still wish to return it (without a manufacturing defect):

You must cover the return shipping cost to our supplier in China.

Important Notes

The return will only be accepted if the product is returned in perfect condition, with no signs of use and all labels intact.

Refunds will be issued only for the product’s paid amount, considering any discounts or promotions applied at the time of purchase.
